You buddy are walking a fine line. It appears that you are a former disgruntled employee. Now you come to a public forum to spill the beans. This is very low of you to do, do you know how desperate this makes you look? This is not good for you, if you have a dispute with the company take it to the courts. As far as the immigration violation you speak of nothing will come of it. They are the officers of the company and can do as such and get away with it.
Carl could possibly get away with the bank fraud, but I don't think it's a criminal matter. That's a civil matter, the bank only wants to recoup as much of the cash as possible. Chances are they will never recover a penny from the suit.
