The assets are in SLJB which is incorporated in Nevada if you haven't checked the State site already. Consultech owns shares of SLJB, true. But Petar as the only board member of Kore and Consultech? How do you know that when they are private companies? And even if he is, it is a private company. Khan is a known lawyer in Dubai if you haven't seen the bio and he would have to answer to any shenannigans.
