dave lazar is a shell procurement specialist. He will take over an existing dead company that is publicly traded and merge them into companies who are looking to go public which allows old investors an opp to get out and new ones to come in on the speculation of whatever new company is merging into said shell. Many times old bag holders are not able to sell their shares because the company is bk or at no bid and over time the company fails to file and is delisted resulting in a stop sign or CE. This guy will file a custodianship request with the courts and take over the shell and flip it. I have a couple dead stocks im in I hope are eventually flipped so I can get out myself. lol
