This is a pointless arguement to have. The SEC gives 2 squats about OTC tickers...Once in a blue moon they'll go after aomeone and 'set an example'. This is far from one of those PR-pumping / share printing machines. You can obvioualy see that.

What ya got is a change from UNIVEC to UNIVEC Conglomerates...via an official filing. That's good enough for me for the time being!! ;-)
