We a re getting a 1billion A.S reduction. Brings it down to 5 billion. That's not a bad SS and very Attractive for a buyout. IMO

Did you also see that lender filed for ownership with over 300 million shares they are not selling back in..? Even the lenders know how big this is going to be.
