Au contraire- P3 has not yet started because the data are not convincing. Suppose for a minute the final data were just like the interim: a deal would be done and P3 underway. Very straightforward, no doubt about it, case closed.
At some point in time, if someone wants to take a risk, somebody somewhere might do a P3
But money is NOT the primary problem
The primary problem is the results were NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
