The November 2018 PR clearly states, "A realistic timeframe in which Zion can reasonably expect to complete this project would be six to twelve months".

It's June now, and it hasn't even started. The new scheduled START date is now April 2020.

and on p. 44 -exhibit in the 10k, the license was extended to dec 2 2020
