i dont know per se...but id say a large % has expired.
no one thought about the expiration date of the bonds.
if they are over two years expired...good luck getting paid past the statue of limitations.
thats a hard nose look at it.

None of them are expired or void. They can be redeemed at any time; FNMAS and FMCKJ have redemption protection (every 5 years, next time 2020 and 2022 respectively for FNMAS and FMCKJ).

I'm pretty sure, that Prefs Shareholders which did not at least file some Lawsuits until 2011 as within 3 Years, will not get the Dividends paid for 10 Years, if any and just continue to pay Dividends for from the moment when the Company is released !
So maybe new Lawsuits will come but they always can defend by mentioning that under the Gov conservation It was out of their control and doing Lawsuits against the Gov . . . . . .

The Companies could not withstand To Pay Dividends To Everybody For 10 Years.

This is an extraordinary situation which requests extraordinary measurements and that could means they cancel all Prefs to protect themselves !
