If you go to the ME you might find an empty office too, with owed rents.

in fact, one PR said that they wanted the numbers accurate to protect some partner they were working with....looks like in the ME. So who is that partner? Wessal? Emaar?

Another reason why Petar may not so shareholder-friendly is if he needs to please the partner (the source of money) more than anyone else. Frankly, hedge funds and boiler rooms love to play the pinks...so nothing new. Whatever ME money he is getting for the company is camera-shy and wants Petar to take care of everything imo. Seems Petar, on the other hand, is inexperienced in publicity too and his major fault is micromanaging and not hiring a professional staff.

That new article reveals more about the reporters tactics than anything. He makes conjectures like, "it just doesn't make sense" that many at Consultech work at night...yeah maybe if they are brokering deals with the ME. He also focuses on what car Petar is driving, about some rent issue which the agrieved party is not even pursuing against Petar (hmmmm).

Seems like a part-time reporter trying to think he is Woodward and Bernstein and perhaps urged by locals who do not like his development projects....maybe that is what the land purschases are about.

This thing is a scam or not. My bet is even if Petar should not be CEO, there is still a Sulja business worth at least .03 and probably more.

Hello, Allinone.. Well if Petar does not own shares, beside the shareholders on this board. Who do you think controls the 362 million shares that were to be held by insiders??

If the Sulja Family has been removed and are out of the picture.. Who controls the company?? Can the Sulja Family be out of the picture and still hold shares??

I wopuld like to see who owns what.. If Petar does not own shares then who besides us owns the company??

Some I have talked to still feel Petar has shares.. Maybe not directly like in his name. But maybe thru one of the other Companies he is supposed to be involved in.

Right now I guess it boils donw to this.. Does Petar Value his freedom as he currently knows it??

Is he willing to ruin his personal life, pay fines, and maybe go to jail over this and become someone new best friend.

Lets hope Petars lawyers along with the recent visit from the RCMP will be enough to get Petar to get the AF out early this week..I feel lots of panic in the PV Camp at this time to get the AF straightened out..

One of my concerns at this time is the SEC coming in an halting trading for 10 days while they look into this current mess.

I may not be able to recover from all of this. My life as I know it could be coming to an end.. I am saddend beyond words for all who are currently suffering because of this..FFB-Fish

Totally agree Allinone!

From my own experience on how big business operates, particularily where developers and construction companies are concerned, everything is usually kept secretive for competion, etc. reasons, and it will be hard to get the WHOLE picture!

And, if there are foreign companies involved, it will be even harder.

Here are a few questions that make very little sense given the sentiment now.

1. Why did the OS reduce from 850 million to 800 million?
2. Why set a date for the audit to be released, most CEO's just say "hopefully next quarter" or something similar?
3. Why buy Sam's? Is Sam's legit?
4. Why tell people via phone calls Canadian authorities came to ask questions before the newspaper article?
5. Why meet with shareholders in Canada and have dinner with them?
6. Why keep telling people "buy the stock if you want to"? In other words, never really encouraging penny traders to purchase?
7. Why begin a large construction project in Colchestor?
8. Why allow interviews and encourage a second one?
9. Why take over as CEO from Steve Sulja if he did not own stock?

casino money only,

everybody is simply speculating as to what the truth is, looking for all the pros and cons, if one has to speculate like crazy, the money amount gambled should fit the thought pattern

first error many of us made was to fall too much in love with a story, keep the money to a speculative level

what the heck though, if you want to do high-stakes gambling this was great, why look elsewhere

I for one put a lot on this one, too much, but not enough to change my life in a negative fashion.

I suggest reining in the gambling spirit for financial health.

i have stated from the initial entry of Wessal on how the concern was over Wessal being ABLE to obtain their stated position on the open market.. a 25% issuance of shares did not even exist fluid in the open market (imo) with what is being held in total by all the smaller players.. many stated that Wessal didn't care and were going to be the support at much higher numbers securing entry into the Nasdaq.. to me Wessal would never take that chance of allowing the cards to be shown and have to scramble with the rest of the public for a position to maybe be able to obtain their 25%.. monies and time invested they would not take that chance.. with a mention of Wessal possible having 100 mil (PV?) it is difficult to determine who was the catalyst of this shake allowing it to transpire by either controling interests in the ME?(where we should hear of Wessal now positioned) or the short interest influencing certain hands.. either way the one and only way to determine who approached who first is the reporter of the Winsor Star.. it is NOT just by chance that Petar was painted in that light.. and NOT in such a timely manner with regards with the market of SLJB.. it was NOT done to sell papers.. if you want to inflict pressure it should be with regards to a financial/asset audit of this reporter to see how he was greased..
