indeed I've heard if one person who gets bad service at a restaurant complains, It means another 100 just don't go back again.
However, these are people complaining that they got no order filled and no refund. indeed, more complaints would be there for that.
It isn't "far fetched" to assume the worst, lol , after all, we have plenty of posters on this board TELLING us to assume the worst. however, you , Jimbo, have claimed you also are a bag holder going long, so if your goal is to warn people to sell, it seems contrary to your interest to hope for a pop, or even better, a successful sea change for this stock.
the SEC I do believe has been sicced. It's part of a going theory as to why Fisher has given up and Ballas has gone quiet.
I can say I do believe we'd see a local pop if we had a new CEO that was not found to be a scammer. However, let's be honest, penny stocks are the wild west of the SEC, and all the names so far linked through XREG, etc, all are scammers. so at best we might get some noob blood and a local pop.
Also as I said in other e-mails, if we were at say 0012, and this fear was still selling, yeah, we'd be at trip 1/2 again in no time. But we are at trip 1, little fear of it free falling until an R/S. heck, if they coupled it at this point with some wild news like name change + new CEO + ANY new business plan that said less scam more production and order filling, we might even make some money on the R/S.
What I'm saying is that not only are your gloomy assessments not far fetched, it's the safer way to bet! this company's mismanagement has been horrible. but are you suggesting we sell? nobody really is buying or selling at this time. Some folks asked pinball if he'd recommend buying at 0002. at the time I write this I haven't seen his reply.
I understand, you are frustrated, I am frustrated, this could be a vent instead of an argument to sell right at this very moment.
I'm just acting as the counter argument....to not buy....cuz if I believed we'd pop soon, sure I'd buy 20K worth of trip 2s....but to hold.
