True. Also keep in mind that in addition to $CNHC, Richard also has custodianship over another 4 or 5 tickers that he plans on closing out the custodianship just like CNHC. However, each shell is unique and will have somewhat of a different price tag depending on the various factors. GR_NL is one of his that I’m currently in bc it’s a much cleaner shell; only has ~280k in bad/aged debt; before custodianship OS/AS was 2.51mil/10mil, Richard raised the OS to 7.2mil without use of preferred super-voting shares...so imho CNHC is not necessarily the next in line for Richard, it may be, but if it’s a quality merging company they may pay extra for the cleaner more expensive shell.
Also, another Chiang custodianship XH_UA, has a 499.99mil os & 500mil as...obviously he will either have to increase AS or do a r/s, plus that one has more aged debt...it’s kind of a spectrum and R/M announcements will not necessarily go in order of custodianships is all I’m trying to illustrate.
