It will never happen. They will end the sweep and price per share will likely climb to 5ish or so. That will enable institutions to enter the frey upon uplisting, and both will happen. Couple that with a possible legal victory and/or more progress on the release, and we're trending towards 10 per share. That will enable a much more reasonable secondary with WAY less dilution. Thinking FNMA will dilute at anything under 3 per share is beyond crazy.

No, they would do a 1-for-40 reverse split first and issue 2.5B shares for $40 each.

Whoever thinks they will make a nice return on their money, of course.
