At the current price 0.0177 CERPQ has $436K MV v.s. RGDXQ has $76K MV now (at 0.0020). Both are excellent Clean "Q" Shells with similar float counts and the FIXED Hyper Tiny SS! Dime Land (0.1 ~ 0.3) should be easy for this kind of Super Tiny float hidden gems!
