Hayloft - No doubt, those financials on pinksheets are pretty shoddy looking in their presentation. The only number that is key right now is the sales number. Sales guys (and these are distributors/salesmen) always seem to know their sales numbers down to the last dime. I expect every other number on that balance sheet and income statement to change in the final report.
I can only guess that the CEO felt it was better to publicly slap some rough numbers up on the site rather than keep everyone guessing for weeks.
I don't expect to see the Edgar filings anytime soon. First-time audits take forever.
hayloft, that is a format typical on Pink Sheets. Not sure if it is some kind of cookie cutter type of form they submit or what but it is the same look as other submissions to that site. I wouldn't call it amateurish, they just used a tool available to them to release some numbers. You are right though, the EDGAR filing will be the one to bank on. Be nice to see something before the media blitz but the first one will take some time I would think.
