Agreed risk, and I honestly won't be surprised in the least to see IVST only spend 30 days on the OTCQB exchange b4 moving up to the QX because I'm pretty sure the QX has listing thresholds as low as .25 cent share price provided the companies applying for an up listing there meet/exceed all their other thresholds like shareholder equity, asset base, per annum revenue run rate, positive net income, no aged debt, no dilutive noteholders, etc etc etc, glty!
