what is the time period that financials are produced and the company can start trading?

A Immediately
B The next day
C 48 hrs
D when they fill out papers and get approval to have sanction lifted

I think D is the answer

So if that is correct- it makes sense for the co to deliver financials ..after the close td...and get the head nod Monday
