Read what you just wrote very slowly, then go back and read the terms of the deal. ... "IF" GSCG was that successful, LAHO couldn't afford to have anything to do with them. There would be a line up of companies who would want to acquire GSCG... This is nothing more than a pump LOI PR. The terms aren't even remotely believable.
