I do think there’s interesting timing between the June 12 stockholder’s meeting and the proposed timing of the $5-10 Billion dollar investment by Cynergy Group/Modus Operandi Capital Management who is announcing bids/offers in mid-June.

Wonder if there’s any synergy there, lol
