otc is subsumed under nasdaq and that is partly why thousands of big board,including nasdaq stocks like apple and amazon, are listed on otcmarkets.com

The primary value of the OTC Market group site is that they are a repository of PRs, the company uploads to the site. Also interesting are the Tute holdings. Everything else one can get from a Form 10 filing. In return OTCM gets an annual fee for hosting the articles. Do note the ZN Microcrap scam has cleansed its past PRs off the OTCM site.
