Agreed, it will take time
A billion $ project is not constructed overnight. But I do think that once we get into construction all of us LONGS can sleep much more comfortably. There are some potential investors that say "I will not believe they can sell Sc for $3700/kg until I see it happen." Okay fine! But, there is a big pool of potential investors that say "Smith cannot land the billion $ fish (or Fish with a big F.)" When he does, they will want to buy. Those of us who have sat here with our investment underwater for 2-3-4 years will not be selling just because we are a few cents above water. They want my shares, they need to be bidding in the $5.00-$10.00 range, then we can talk.
