They can’t do that any insider would be A have a restriction shares issues at least 1 year in ssof case then if that insider wanted to sell his shares they would have restrictions on selling volumes which are very low #s and all this time have to actively file so the market knew so that doesn’t happen at all and the reason you see financing company’s
