IMO: He said that he had a contract with Consultech to perform as CEO. Finding out who runs Consultech is impossible without at least a paid D&B report or something like that. Even then, it might not show.

Petar is the BOD and CEO and most likely has control of a majority of the shares of this company. That pretty much means that there is no one above him to whom he is accountable. Our fate is in his hands alone. This is why you are getting no reply.
