Technically, SIPC is current. OTC Markets simply hasn’t updated status yet. Last week when I posted that the attorney letter had been filed, I estimated 3-4 business days until a corresponding update on OTC Markets. With the Monday holiday, I would think it very likely that SIPC status is updated tomorrow or early next week at latest. It’s a formality at this point. We can see the filings on OTC Markets. I’m personally not concerned.

Would add - the only reason SIPC is late is due a lack of attorney letter to verify the annual report. This is a requirement of OTC Markets.

Best I can tell, WDRP was not late to file. Two different companies though.
