No question it is the cancellation of that R/S. It never made sense in the first place.

Stock price started falling the next trading day after that amendment was filed. It takes at least a day to order and receive a rush copy. So if I was holding here I would want to know what the new amendment says. I was just asking if anyone posted a copy here there was too many posts to go through to find out so I asked.
