1) I get what your saying about the romantic view of Yuengling. But this is business and this business was going down hill AGAIN. Their Grandfather shut it down after no family members wanted to run it in the 80's. (Wonder why?) Then they restarted it and it would appear, it was failing again, so they ended up here. 2) "never filed ever"? What are you talking about? He picked up a de-funked ticker, caught up all filings, had a good story and squeezed it for all it was worth. Also, they were not fake. (Not saying a good businesses, now or then.)We had board members visit and post pics, including the inside of the operating bakery. Same with this one, they were up and running, but running out of steam. 3) We agree here. With my views on trading OTC stocks, it's basically on-line gambling, I agree that if you stay nimble and don't get bogged down by believing the BS put out by Pink CEO's, you can make money. That's the thing about my views here, I am not bitter about CZNI. I made a boat load off of that stock. I just always give the other view on POS tickers I'm playing, when I think that what is being posted is not correct. I say, trade'em, don't marry'em. (Watch & See) Good Luck to You also!
