CRSM apparently packed up their carnival and moved Carsmartt into THE JOKER GROUP'S office-- a private company created by the late Vito Visconti to hold his 300 million shares and now owned/controlled by Antonella Visconti. The Q1 reports Joker owns 77% of all common stock plus 100% of preferred. Actually, 300,000,000 is 78.6% of the reported O/S (381,465,001). That 1.6% discrepancy amounts to 6,103,440 shares.

IMO investors are presumably paying the rent for CRSM's largest shareholder.
