I’d say it’s a coin flip. Been a part of at least two major destructive sell offs after news or disappointing numbers. The only good thing here is that no one seems to be pumping this. It’s a relatively quiet board. No one may be paying attention!

But there are so many variables in play for this hearing today and people probably shouldn’t expect this to shoot to the moon or even think that it’s guaranteed that all those shares come off the books. It would be nice though!
