Why? If that is true why RCPIQ was traded at 0.0024 or $410K High Market Value while its CH11-"Q" peer was only traded at as high as 0.0050 or 52.7% less MV ($194K)?

Anyway even at 0.0003 RCPIQ still has $51K MV which is higher than many CH11-"Q" peer's MV! Why RCPIQ has such high MV ($154K) now if the stock is that risky --- to be canceled very soon?
