Kona doesn’t have to do any form of r/s to uplist to the otcqb. The tier they are going for. Any speculation otherwise is baseless. The only r/s possibility would come down the road for Nasdaq. I suppose they wouldn’t waste time going to otcqb if Nasdaq was the immediate goal.
However, Nasdaq de-lists at $1 but has several criteria the company can meet with market capitalization, share structure, & revenue.
Kgkg’s current progression could easily see a natural pps rise to 60-80 cents by next December. So a r/s from there could be in shareholder interest for a Nasdaq listing.
