It is up to the arbitral courts whether or not ERHC ends up as a partner in EEZ Block 4. Should Kosmos prevail in it's arbitration case against ERHC then ERHC might only walk away with a little cash. However, if ERHC wins, then their deal with Total will stand and ERHC will retain a 5% (assumed carried) interest in the Block.
