Not really , new management team has just been assembled , they're gonna have a shot at turning the ship , there's no real threat of bk at all , liquidity is1.7 billions , no large debt due anytime soon , maybe this was last shorturds scare , helped with shitty scary markets in general , before things start looking up for JCP

I guess time will tell
