Nationalization is not effecting Franklins operation, or planned operations.

They are a registered Bolivia corparation, and I have not seen any nationalization news that directly effects Franklin.

So please share with the board the news items or links to such, that tell of the impact to Franklins current endevors from nationalization events.

In fact the last news on saw on the mining nationalization, was that it was being backed off of by the goverment so they won't scare off investors/developers.

Starting the tailings operation is far more inportant at this stage then planning on the effects of nationalization on silver mining in the C.R.

I thought in the first place that the start date for the tailings operation was to soon.

After Thanksgiving break will the story unfold. IMHO

The fact of the matter is, I much prefer/wish that I still had my FMNJ shares... and I wish FMNJ had started the 400TPD production by the end of Otober... and I wish FMNJ was on track for to deliver "up to 10" producing plants by Jan 07... and I wish Morales knew how to handle public opinion for the benefit of everyone... and I wish some the Bolivian Miners weren't fighting amongst themseleves... I even wished to take a trip to Bolivia and visit the Cerro Rico mines and visit/support the locals off my FMNJ profits... however, I don't make my investment decisions based upon emotions, wishes, or faith.

thanks for your imput and informative posts about the silver market in the past. I agree with other posters that you are now getting annoying since you sold. Pror to selling on Nov2 you posted at the end of october that tailings have not started as promised. That and the turmoil of bolivia miners and uncertianty in nationalization plans caused you to sell. Now you hope stock falls apart and drops to .003 so you can get back in.As americano would say: go duck yourself. Have a good life. If you are wrong and the company succeeds as many of us still hope and believe, we will never hear from you. Look up the word schadenfreud. Then look in the mirror. Stock is a buy here at these low prices in my humble opinion.
