Would you screenshot or forward that email from Mark and send it to the SEC in SanFrancisco and ask them if that is true?

Kristin Snyder, Associate Regional Director (Examinations)

I’d like them to see proof of what types of correspondence Dr.Mark is feeding shareholders while he is almost 4 years delinquent in filings.

Thanks

Nice to hear from you. We appreciate your support and feedback. Arrayit is among the market’s most highly transparent companies, with daily twitter updates, bi-weekly press releases, VIP shareholders tours and so forth. Our general counsel is a former SEC attorney. For these reasons, we believe we have positive relations with the SEC. Thanks, Mark

What??? The SEC is uninterested in "daily tweets" or in whether the company offers "VIP shareholder tours". It might in fact ask why, if it has time to engage in all that, it apparently has not found any time in the past three years and eight months to prepare and file the financial statement required of it as an SEC registrant.
