#156349 RE: want2retire #156347

Provisional Patent Application (Informal Application, United States):

A temporary, one year, simplified patent application, which allows the applicant to claim a date of filing and patent pending status.

That inventor must file his or her corresponding Non-Provisional Patent Application within 12 months of the date the Provisional Application was filed. If the patent is granted, the patent's filing date will be the same as for the provisional application, effectively protecting the invention for a total of 21 years.

Speed to market is paramount today. Whether you are a creative person, inventor, entrepreneur, startup, medium-sized enterprise, or Fortune 500 company, there’s no doubt that filing intellectual property quickly after the conception of a new invention, innovation, or service is an absolute must. This is a standard position held by most experts given that our patent system is now ‘first inventor to file’ and not ‘first to invent.’

2) update on the US Army
3) update on or from Polartec on about anything related to their partnership
4) update on a big name retailer with a large Purchase Order to fill
5) update on more details surrounding the patents
6) update on a selection of a Board of Directors with an association to a big retailer
7) update on financing
8) update on plans for adding another country for production
9) update on another partnership
10) update on something we can’t think of (i.e. see April 17th)

KBLB... the Company is set to meet cost and volume metrics, previously thought to be impossible ...

Ultra conservative Kim has spoken. He doesn't make a statement like this unless he is 100% assured that KBLB has progressed to the point of producing consistent qualities and quantities of bio engineered spider silk yarns tailored to the needs of customers.

There will be a PR announcing metric tonnage earlier in Q3 2019 than I first projected. A robust supply chain is imperative to meet the strong demand for ss. The Polartec partnership is just the tip of the iceberg.

Longs are in for one heluv-of-a-ride over the next two Q's. Stay long, stay strong. A new KBLB era is upon us.

Best regards - yankee

until mass production is achieved.

I think you have to define that before we can really know what it means. Does mass production mean more than anyone else? Does it mean 1 metric ton per week? ....and so on.

I don’t think we’ll hear more on the new patent applications until they have been approved

We won't hear anything until they are published up to a year from now. The road to approval is another thing.

I see good days ahead but a bit of a choppy road in our immediate future.

Could be. I think the Polartec was the kickoff though. You have to go back several years to see what Kim said about plans or things they will consider doing. Choppy is assured though. It is the stock market and there are plenty of market makers to make it happen.
