It has not been baked into the share price yet, because no one knows what to do with this pr.

Technology can be valued, but many times the market won't recognize the value until there is a buyout.

How ever you value technology, KBLB just increased that value. A general rule of thumb is to take what companies invest in similar tech's R&D, and apply a multiple of 4 or 5. Now that this came out, as I said previously...I think it is higher. All that said, it may not be realized without much time or a buyout.
