Most OTC companies employ this trick of delaying or filing at the last minute, that means, there is something they are doing with stock price directly or indirectly, keeping everyone involved with shares of the company in dark!.. How many times you have seen this tactic or strategy or f...ing manipulation!!..too many times, and too many companies!!..
as far as Namaste, the new management may be struggling to clean up all the old management's fraud and corruption, which they did quite well so far, there might be more to it that they may need more time till the last minute!?.
whatever may be the case, Namaste is bottomed around mid .30s, and it is recovered a bit, but lots upside yet to come this week and next!!..
