apologees to all, i was looking at the 10-q, saw the--

Weighted average number of common shares outstanding - Diluted -- 533,492,403

and now I think i see my error, i suppose further down it states--173,598,080 common stock,

an increase of approximately 34 million yoy---hardly a 4 times increase,

more so roughly an 18-19% increase yoy
