Good news guys, I got through on the phone, talked to someone who transferred me to someone else, who took down my name and phone number and said he would make sure I get a call back... I said, well if you're not just calling it fake, maybe that is a good sign?? He laughed and said yeah no worries.
So while I await more concrete confirmation, this is a great sign that he didn't indicate it to be fake. Let's see what happens
