rbnuck thats fine for you but honanboss is one of the few that is taking any action every one else here is just working on hope and hope is a terrible investment plan.
I was the first to respond to him last night and he E-mailed back in a minute or two (something the ceo could not do if he had a month) and all I gave him was my name and the amount of shares that I own I did not provide him with any vital info and he did not ask. He said he was a lawyer and I would beleive him before I beleived Petar so let him work he is not hurting anyone if you don't want to contact him then dont.

No worries, rbnuck. I would be skeptical of it myself, particularly after everything that has happened. If it lends any credence to anything I am doing, I state affirmatively right now that my motivations in doing this are mostly altruistic (they would be completely altruistic, except I still own shares, so I guess there is some benefit to me in doing this!) And I promise to all the iHubbers out there right now that this information will be used for no purpose other than trying to pry the AFs from PVs hands.

Also, if it helps people feel more confident in me, I will tell you now that I am a lawyer in Toronto. Come to think of it, that may make things worse! :) But I am an officer of the court in Ontario, for whatever that is worth.
