The difference between free apps and ONCI's is there is no overview to make them turn off the phone. Bsafemobile/Fleetsaver have a parent/supervisor looking over their shoulder to make sure that the phone is off or there are consequences.
Yes, it would be wonderful if people would show responsibility and turn off their phone when driving, no app would be necessary.
If people would put on their seatbelt or not drink and drive then there would be no need for Laws against those behaviors. Laws across the country are increasing against DD because people don't care. And lives are being lost every day.
