I thought the Federal farm bill ok'd cbd and hemp infused products.( and hemp production}.. just not the products containing thc? I guess I have research to do. :)
There are roughly 14 NASDAQ listed CBD/thc based companies currently. There are several NYSE listed companies as well. You don’t have enough information to match intention with regulation so your adamant stance is curious and a waste of time. The point being - uplisting to a major exchange. NYSE/NASDAQ, who cares? It will be the path of least resistance. Sit back, relax, have some chocolates/gummies.
