After reading through the first few pages of Docket 4034 it seems to be a response and "pushback" to ESL/Transform Holdco charges in docket 4033.

Would you agree?

I found this part of docket 4034 especially interesting:

As this Court recognized at the April 18, 2019 hearing (the “April 18 Hearing”), “[ESL got] what it wanted. So it’s hard to argue [it was] diminished.”

I presume the words quoted were from Judge Drain. It seems he was NOT sympathetic to whatever ESL was presenting at the April 18 Hearing.

Makes me think he (Drain) may not be too sympathetic to their (ESL) arguments in docket 4033. Especially now if SHC has replied to the arguments presented in 4033 (like I said, I haven't read thru the entire docket 4034, so I do not know for sure if it is a complete reply to 4033 or not).
