Company has never payed off notes, other than through conversions (dilution)

-Company has confirmed NO REVERSE SPLIT because of new financial health (last week)
Company said same on last RS and then went ahead and did a 225 to 1 RS anyway and how can a company be considered healthy with a CEO who needs to be compensated $250k yearly and the company has zero revenue

- Same exact share structure for nearly one year, means the stock is trading clean with no debt or dilution.
