It was an email from BK to many parties recently.

Ladies and Gentlemen
I am BCC all of you at one time so you are all getting the same message.

I know you are frustrated and wishfully thinking that things with KRFG will develop as has been speculated and that it is me that will either come through and save the day or be the goat who screwed everything up and everyone and I am telling you that neither is true. I am only able to file what is sent to me and I am purely a USA contact to help get things done by the Chinese related parties.

That being said, the company nor anyone else has ever indicated or stated that there is a pending merger. Granted there is much speculation from Mr. Yin becoming the Chairman and owner of the preferred shares however I have always made it clear that until there is a documented deal of some nature everything else should be considered rumor and speculation. I have also made it clear that there are historical issues that are being worked on and so far have not been able to be resolved that has prevented the sought after name and symbol change. Until that is resolved in a manner that will one be acceptable to Mr. Yin and or FINRA there is nothing further going to happen.

Regarding the financial statements (now Late) the preparation is done by a Chinese accountant and not me. The work has not been done nor sent to me and I have provided all the information that I have that would have been sufficient to have it prepared.

Let me state clearly, as of now there is nothing pending other than trying to clean up some historical issues of which I am also not in control of. There is nothing that I can say with confidence at this point will be resolved to the satisfaction of the parties involved.
