Fourth, As long as Verus doesn't claim that any of their CBD containing products cures cancer or restores vision to the blind (although if they do, an FDA warning letter and potential penalties for inaction/nonresponse is about the extent of current enforcement) Verus could distribute CBD containing products without issue.
