Sorry it didn’t, Mark Zuckerberg was a student at Harvard University who stole the idea for Facebook from the Winklevoss twins. He had to pay them over $1bn compensation.

Facebook was originally mean’t to be just for use by students at the University. However, it became so popular it was released to the public.

Apple however, was actually originally run from a garage. I don’t know if it was Steve Jobs or Steve Wozniak’s garage.
