Wrong. AVDX tried to become current by filing all missing reports. A few back and forth with SEC later, SEC discovered misinformation in new filing (you need to do some DD here to see what that misinformation is) and decided not to grant approval.
Really? That doesn't sound good. So many problems with SEC filings.
