So, with all that value, you'd think they'd have bought the whole company back in July when they had the chance, wouldn't you? But, they didn't. Why do you think that is?

Here's the answer: It wasn't a good deal to take on all that debt and have the same contracts, etc., that BioAmber went bankrupt with.
