exactly! it was a separate document (as copy/pasted earlier) as sent to by my broker with access via link and the proxy at a separate link, both to download as pdfs.
so, was not in proxy, therefore was not a requirement to attend the special meeting. And I believe Mediant would just have broker supply the same Special Meeting access info as in the proxy.
