A few minutes ago I called TPL and left a message with the secretary
about my wanting (and supporting of any legal actions) to have the
two incumbent trustees removed. The secretary I spoke with offered
me the option of leaving a message for Mr. Packer. I declined.
Mr. Packer I used to think of as being a very friendly manager,
but, now he may be in an untenable position with regard to the issues
the trustees have created. I do believe that TPL trustees have a
great many skeletons in the closet. Their attempt to keep Oliver
out may backfire on them as now the shareholders will support actions
to find any misdeeds by the trustees.
